15 DAY RETURN POLICY
All return requests must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (919) 327-9707 during normal business hours. All merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned within 15 days from the purchase date for a full refund (less shipping costs). Returned packages received after 15 days will incur a $7 restocking fee.
If you would like to process an exchange, you may do so by contacting us at email@example.com or by phone at (919) 327-9707 during normal business hours. If the item requested is not in stock at the time the return is received, we will automatically refund your original form of payment. Please allow 2 weeks from return shipment date for a return or exchange to be processed.
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
All purchases made of monogrammed, personalized, special-order, and final sale items are final. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that Dogwood CC reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
Swimwear and Intimates: All swimwear and intimates must be returned in the original condition and packaging that was sent with the tags and hygienic liners attached.
To ensure that we can efficiently process your refund, please make sure your return meets the requirements below:
-Dogwood CC gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
-After 15 days, a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from your return.
-Return requests received outside of 30 days will not be authorized.
-Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment (PayPal, AmazonPay, Credit Card, or Gift Card).
-Returned items must have the original tags attached
-Returned orders received without prior authorization will be issued a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item or items.
