Spring / Summer Raleigh Golf League 2024 - Team Entry
The Raleigh Spring / Summer Golf League at Dogwood Country Club has arrived!
HOW LOW CAN YOU GO? Play a 9-hole weekly handicapped scramble with a buddy for 20 weeks straight for $250 / person. ($1,100 value in sim time alone!) We'll have tee gifts for all competitors, monthly prizes, and fun specials for league players all summer long. League champions will receive commemorative trophies at season end!
The $500 fee represents a team entry fee (**please only one person from each team purchase**). Competitors will be responsible for booking their own rounds (just you and your buddy) via the website with special spring / summer league membership.
Can't make it every week? No sweat. We packed in a ton of value for even those with crazy summer schedules. The league will play on, just make sure to jump in as much as you can til the finish!

ENTRY FEE: $250 / person ($500 per team)
SIGNUP PERIOD: April 16 - May 12
LEAGUE PERIOD: May 13 - Sept 30
FORMAT: 9-Hole Weekly Handicapped Scramble with weekly points awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place (low net). Point totals reset monthly with prize disbursement.
PRIZES: Monthly point leaders will win prizes from Dogwood CC valued in excess of $100 / mo!
HOW TO SCHEDULE MATCHES: The competitor who pays the entry fee will be responsible for booking the weekly matches. We will assign a special "Spring / Summer League" Membership via the Dogwood online booking system. This membership will allow a free one-hour booking per week *no rollovers* for all competitors during the league period (as defined above). Please arrange for a time to come play the 9-hole scramble (weekly, anytime M-F) with your partner and then book this time online! Staff will have the course and settings ready, and will record your score at the end. Up-to-date scoring will be shared with all competitors. As always, Dogwood is available via text @ 919-327-9707 for the fastest response time if you encounter any issues!
BOOKING DAYS/TIMES: Anytime Monday - Friday during the league period as defined above in keeping Dogwood regular social hours of business. These hours are here:
MONDAY - THURS: 12PM - 8PM | FRIDAY: 10AM - 9PM
MATCH TIMELINES: Since we are playing for 20 weeks, there will be a strict 1 week timeline for each match. If you cannot make it, please schedule for the next week (and the next round settings will apply). In fairness to all competitors and current Dogwood members, there will be no makeup matches, no carryovers and no exceptions made to this rule.
LEAGUE DISCOUNTS: All league competitors receive $10 off per hour for any additional hourly booking for the duration of the league!
LEAGUE CHAMPIONS: The total point leaders (1st place only) at the end of the league period will receive commemorative trophies and special Dogwood merchandise :)
